Please review this policy carefully before placing an order, as it applies to all purchases made with us.

Shipping Options
We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage inventory and be responsible for fulfilling and shipping your order.

Standard Shipping
Free on orders over €135
For orders €135 and under, rates vary by shipping zone
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days (excluding processing time)

Expedited Shipping
€15–€20 depending on shipping zone
Estimated delivery: up to 2 business days (excluding processing time)

If you select expedited shipping, we will follow up after your order is placed with any additional shipping details.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most countries within the EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. 

*Due to customs regulations, we no longer ship to the Canary Islands or Malta. We are also temporarily unable to ship to Switzerland. Please visit our store locator to find a nearby location.

How can I cancel my order or change my shipping address?

Please note that orders begin processing shortly after they are placed, and our system does not pause fulfillment while requests are reviewed. Once an order has begun processing for shipment, we are unable to make changes, including address updates or cancellations, and cannot place orders on hold.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, including when using express payment methods such as,Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal, as these may auto-fill saved addresses.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the shipping address or reroute the package. We do recommend reaching out to the carrier. They may be able to assist with rerouting the package or by marking it as “Return to Sender.” While we are unable to guarantee that an address change can be made once the shipment is in transit, this is typically the most effective option after processing has begun

What should I do if my order is marked delivered but I haven’t received it?

 If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact Customer Service within 7 business days of the delivery date.

Before reaching out, please:
-Wait 1–2 business days, as carriers may mark items as delivered before they arrive
-Check with anyone at your address, neighbours, your safe place, or your local post office  -Review your tracking details, including any delivery confirmation or photo
-If a signature was required, please confirm whether the name shown matches someone at your address or nearby.

We rely on the same tracking information provided by the carrier. For additional details, please review your tracking on the carrier’s website. As all orders are shipped via our fulfilment partner, we may require additional information to proceed with a claim or investigation with the relevant carrier. You may be asked to complete a Denial of Receipt form and provide details such as the contents of your order.

Orders confirmed lost or undelivered are eligible for replacement only. Reshipments must be sent to the original shipping address and are considered final sale.

By accepting a replacement, you waive the right to a monetary refund. If the replacement is returned, store credit will be issued instead.

Los pedidos no pueden ser enviados a apartados de correos y/o a direcciones APO/FPO

Los pedidos sólo se envían en días laborables, que son de lunes a viernes

¿Qué ocurre si mi pedido se retrasa?

Si la entrega se retrasa por cualquier motivo, te lo haremos saber lo antes posible y te comunicaremos una fecha estimada de entrega revisada.
